Conditions We Work With
At NeuroHarmony, we support people navigating a wide range of emotional, cognitive, and stress-related challenges. Neurofeedback gently helps the brain become more flexible and balanced, allowing for improved regulation, rest, and mental clarity.
We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Instead, we offer non-invasive brain training that works in harmony with the body’s natural capacity for healing and self-regulation.
Many of the people we work with come to us seeking support for one or more of the following:

Anxiety & Stress
Anxiety often reflects a brain stuck in a persistent state of overactivation. This can lead to racing thoughts, restlessness, muscle tension, or a constant sense of unease. Neurofeedback helps the brain gradually release these heightened states. Over time, people often report increased calm, emotional steadiness, and more control in stressful situations.
Depression & Low Mood
Low mood may present as emotional flatness, withdrawal, fatigue, or disconnection from others. It is often linked to a nervous system that is under-responsive or lacking flexibility. Neurofeedback supports the brain in becoming more engaged and adaptive. This can help restore motivation, lift mood, and increase a sense of connection and vitality.

Trauma & PTSD
Trauma and chronic stress can cause the nervous system to become stuck in survival responses, leading to hypervigilance, shutdown, or emotional numbness. Neurofeedback helps the brain move away from reactivity and into regulation. Many people feel safer, more grounded, and better able to process emotions after regular sessions.

ADHD & Attention Challenges
Struggles with focus, impulsivity, or disorganisation can be signs of a brain that finds it hard to stay stable and present. This may be related to ADHD or general cognitive overload. Neurofeedback helps improve regulation, supporting attention, task initiation, and clearer decision-making. Many people describe feeling more mentally steady and alert.
Autism Spectrum Support
Autistic people may experience sensory sensitivity, emotional dysregulation, or difficulty transitioning between tasks. These responses are often signs of a nervous system working overtime. Neurofeedback doesn't seek to change who someone is, but helps build internal regulation. Sessions are passive, quiet, and well suited to autistic adults and young people.
Addiction & Recovery Support
The recovery process can bring emotional instability, cravings, or heightened stress. These challenges may remain even after substance use has stopped. Neurofeedback helps stabilise the nervous system during this vulnerable time. It supports emotional regulation and reduces reactivity, offering a strong foundation for long-term recovery and behavioural change.

Cognitive Decline & Brain Fog
When the brain becomes overloaded or under-stimulated, it may result in forgetfulness, slow thinking, or mental fog. These patterns can affect daily functioning and quality of life. Neurofeedback supports the brain in operating more efficiently and responsively. Over time, people often notice clearer thinking, improved memory, and better mental sharpness.

Chronic Fatigue & Burnout
Burnout often follows long periods of stress, caregiving, or emotional overload. It can leave people feeling flat, irritable, or chronically fatigued. Neurofeedback supports the nervous system in moving out of survival mode and into recovery. With time, people may feel more emotionally resilient, rested, and able to return to a sustainable pace of life.
