Set Your Intention
We begin by learning more about you. Before your first session, you’ll fill out a short intake form so we can understand your goals, concerns, and what brought you to NeuroHarmony.

No diagnosis is required. Neurofeedback works by supporting the brain's own self-regulation, regardless of your background or condition.

Relax and Settle In
Sessions take place in a quiet, private room at Chiang Mai Holistic in Nimman. You’ll sit comfortably in a reclining chair, with soft lighting, gentle music, and a peaceful atmosphere designed to help your nervous system relax.

We place small sensors on your scalp and ears — nothing painful, invasive, or stimulating — simply to measure your brain’s electrical activity in real time.
3.
Passive Brain Training
You’ll listen to specially designed music or sound through headphones. As your brain activity is monitored, the software detects moment-to-moment changes and gives tiny audio interruptions when your brain shifts out of balance.

These subtle cues — often just a brief flicker in the sound — gently nudge the brain to notice itself and begin to reset. Over time, this leads to lasting improvements in how your brain responds to stress, emotion, focus, and rest.

You don’t need to concentrate, try hard, or think about anything in particular. Your brain does the work naturally.

Gentle and Cumulative Results
Each session lasts around 30 to 35 minutes. Most people leave feeling calm, grounded, or mentally clearer.

Changes happen gradually, and benefits often build over time. For long-term results, a series of sessions is recommended. Some notice shifts after just a few sessions, while others experience more subtle changes that deepen over several weeks.

Ongoing Support
We’ll check in with you throughout your sessions to see how things are shifting. If needed, we can adjust session length or frequency to suit your energy and goals.
