Neurofeedback for Autism Spectrum Support

Gentle, Sensory-Friendly Brain Training for Self-Regulation

NeuroHarmony offers a calm, private space in Chiang Mai for autistic individuals seeking nervous system support. Our neurofeedback sessions are non-invasive, quiet, and well suited to adults, teens, and young people who experience sensory sensitivity, emotional dysregulation, or difficulty with transitions.

We don’t aim to change who you are. Our goal is to support your brain’s ability to regulate, recover, and adapt — naturally, and at its own pace.

How Neurofeedback Supports Autistic Individuals

The autistic experience is deeply individual. Many people on the spectrum report sensory overload, difficulty filtering information, or feeling stuck in intense emotional states. Others may struggle with focus, fatigue, or adapting to sudden change.

Neurofeedback helps by giving the brain real-time feedback on its own patterns. These gentle signals help the nervous system become more stable, flexible, and resilient.

Some of the reported benefits include:

  • Calmer mood and improved self-regulation

  • Reduced sensory overwhelm

  • Greater ease in adapting to changes in routine

  • Better sleep, focus, and emotional steadiness

  • More internal spaciousness and reduced reactivity

This process works without effort, talking, or conscious control. The brain simply learns through quiet feedback and repetition.

What Sessions Look Like

Each session takes place in a peaceful room inside Chiang Mai Holistic, located in Nimman. You’ll sit or recline comfortably while sensors are placed on your scalp and ears. You’ll listen to music through headphones while the system monitors brainwave activity.

The music occasionally pauses for a split second. These pauses are not jarring — they act as feedback, helping your brain become more aware of its own activity. Sessions last around 35 minutes and are entirely passive.

We are experienced in supporting individuals with sensory sensitivity. The space is low-stimulus, quiet, and free from unnecessary demands.
